Since I was unable to take very many pictures of this historical event myself, I will be relying on others to provide their own pics for me to post. We have here a delightful selection taken by none other than Mr. Robert Toth himself.

If you thought having a wedding reception at a high school can’t be all that great, then you haven’t seen the insides of Chicago’s own St. Ignatius College Prep. Cocktails in the courtyard that rivals something that looks like it should be on a college or museum campus, with dinner and dancing in the dining hall which was just as nice if not better than any banquet hall you could find in a hotel.

Congrats to the newly married couple, and I hope they’re having fun on their wild and crazy Alaskan adventure together!

Sorry for the lack of updates, it hasn’t been due to the lack of events taking place the last month, because there has been plenty going on. It has primarily been because ever since that outing to Arlington Park, my camera decided to stop focusing correctly, so it’s impossible to take a decent picture.

Today marks the day we embark on the 10th anniversary of the annual summer camping trip. This year, we are making a return visit to the Wisconsin Riverside Resort (formally known as Bob’s Riverside Resort). Hopefully, the weather will turn out better than last year, but the forecast doesn’t look that much more promising. This year since I have a working camera, I’ll try to take more pictures than videos. Or maybe not, them videos are entertaining!

So last saturday was my first experience at Arlington Park for this bachelor party, and I must say, it’s a real nice place. It was a perfect day, not a cloud in the sky for most of the time, and the 11 horse in the 10th race, Stormy O’Bryan, put me in the black. Today marks the day where young PJ will celebrate one of his last opportunities to enjoy life as a bachelor. It looks like there’s going to be some beautiful weather for the outing at the Arlington Racetrack, so here’s to hoping that hitting some early trifectas will set the mood for the rest of the day.
